Re-post from soynmocha: Ingredients: 500ml Chicken Stock 60ml Mirin 2 tbsp Miso Paste 5 tsp White Sesame powder 2 sheets Kombu 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp White Pepper 500g Sliced Chicken thigh 1 stalk Sliced Chinese Leek 1 stalk Thick Slice Daikon Radish 5 Assorted Mushroom 1 Carrot 1 box Soft Tofu 1 bunch Tang Oh 1 Egg Steps: Add chicken stock, miso paste, mirin, kombu, ground white sesame, sugar, salt, pepper in a large pot and bring it to boil. Turn down heat, add MARIGOLD PowerBeans Unsweetened Fresh Soya Milk and bring it to a simmer. Add in chicken, daikon radish, leeks, carrots, mushrooms. Add remaining ingredients. Enjoy!
