Good news! Not only have we improved our credit vouchers so they're more flexible, helping you deal with uncertainty about your future travel plans, we are also giving you more time to use your voucher. All credit vouchers due to expire between 01 June 2021 and 09 March 2022, have a new expiry date of 31 December 2022. New vouchers issued for flights impacted by COVID-19 from 17 March 2021 will be valid for 18 months. Our flights are generally made available around 12 months in advance, so you will have even longer before you need to travel. Extensions will be automatically processed and affected customers will have received an email by now. After which, you can check your voucher details on our Voucher Portal if you have one. Vouchers are multi-use and can be used across multiple bookings – any outstanding credit from one booking can be used towards another.
