From now till 30 Sep, enjoy 50% OFF our Cod fish with the promo code Fret not if you're wondering how you can curate dishes with our Cod fish, we've got the ultimate Seafood Saffron Rice recipe from @wensdelight below 😋 [RECIPE BELOW FOR 2-3PAX] 🐟 Seafood: - 500g Crayfish - 150g Cod fish* - 4 Hokkaido scallops - 3-4 Kawako oyster (blanch with hot water) 🌿 Other ingredients: - 1 Cup short grain rice - 1 Cup stock - Some saffron - 1 Pork sausage (sliced) - 1/2 Onion (chopped) - 1 Garlic (chopped) - 1/2 Red capsicum (sliced) - 6 Cherry tomatoes (chop and remove seeds) - 2-3 Tbsp olive oil - 1 Tbsp butter - 1 Tbsp sake - Salt & pepper to taste - Garnishing - lemon, coriander, chilli 👨‍🍳Method: 1. Wash rice before soaking with stock and saffron for 30 min. 2. Heat an oven-proof shallow pan with olive oil to stir fry onion and garlic till fragrant. 3. Add capsicum, tomatoes and sausages into the pan. Stir fry till tomatoes soften. 4. Pour in rice and stock into pan. Season with salt, pepper and sake. 5. Cover and cook for 10 mins over a low fire or till sauce almost dry. 6. Arrange seafood on top and cover to cook for another 5 mins. 7. Add butter and finish off cooking in oven. Remove lid and bake in oven at 180°C for 10 min. 8. Garnish and serve. Recipe and picture from Wen's Delight
