Did you know it's World Environment Day today? Here are some measures we take to do our part for our planet: ๐ŸŒฟ Try our signature restaurant Mott 32 Singapore's plant based menu, which launched last year. Many other restaurants at Marina Bay Sands offer a variety of delectable plant-based options for guests to enjoy, including Black Tap Singapore, CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, Rise Restaurant, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, and Yardbird Singapore. ๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ With endless dining options, food waste management is a key priority. Last year, we diverted 1.2 million kilogrammes of food waste from landfill via our five aerobic digesters. We also continue to donate food to The Food Bank Singapore and Food From the Heart to support communities in need. โ˜‚๏ธ Our E3R strategy (Eliminate, Reuse, Replace and Recycle) helps to tackle single-use disposables. We identify ways to eliminate plastics, find reusable alternatives, replace single-use products and look for innovative ways to recycle. For example, our umbrella dryers located at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands eliminate the use of 27,000 plastic bags annually.
