Dear customers, we will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on 2 Sept, 10pm - 3 Sept, 5pm. During this time, the following services may be temporarily unavailable: - Top up services at 7-Eleven, AXS stations, Cheers & DBS/OCBC ATMs - EZ-Link Motoring service portal - Top-up, adding of bank cards as source of funds & activation and changing of details for auto top-up service within the EZ-Link app - Exchanging & transferring remaining value of expired/expiring EZ-Link card TransitLink Ticket Offices - Activation and settlement of outstanding amounts for auto top-up service at all transit channels - Auto migration of auto top-up service from EZ-Link cards to SimplyGo EZ-Link cards after upgrading of cards at transit channels Usage of EZ-Link cards and earning of EZ-Link Reward points are unaffected. Customers are advised to top up their cards in advance of the maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and seek your kind understanding.
