Suspect that your credit card is compromised? If you spot a suspicious or unknown transaction on your Citi Credit Card, here’s what you should do: 1) Temporarily lock your credit card via the Citi Mobile® App 2) Call our CitiPhone hotline at +65 6225 5225 or chat with us via the Citi Mobile® App for assistance Important note: Please do not use the “disable login” function on the Citi Mobile® App unless you suspect your login credentials have been compromised. By disabling your internet banking access, your credit and debit card remains active (i.e. not blocked), so they can still be used for outgoing funds transfers, purchases and cash withdrawals.
