NKF is holding this year’s instalment of Sit-A-Thon on 24 and 25 August 2019. Participants are able to cycle through a day of fitness challenges with us to find out just how well you are treating your kidneys. Activities include: 1. Sit-to-Sweat: 50 minutes of cardio with our spinning instructors 2. Sit-to-Speak: One-hand challenge with our kidney ambassadors 3.
