Meet our Strong Category Winner of New You 2022 – Nurliyana and CJ. 🏋️‍♀️ Being new to fitness, Nurliyana joined many group fitness classes to become healthier. However, she wanted something more challenging. That was when she fell in love with weightlifting. With the help of CJ and her group fitness instructors, she managed to get stronger and flexible so she can lift heavier. As a result of their hard work, Nurliyana came in 1st in the Singapore National Weightlifting Championship 2021, under the category of Masters Women Category. Progress is personal.
