This Nasi Kerabu brings the taste of home to Samantha Tai, Manager (Products), Sales & Promotion, who's been away from home since the start of the pandemic. With her mother-in-law's guidance, Sam can satisfy her cravings with her own version featuring shredded kampong fish, fried chicken, crackers, pickles and salads on top of a bed of fluffy blue rice.
