If you haven’t heard, @junglebirdkl is in 🇸🇬 until the 2nd of June! 📸 and post by Catch award-winning bar @junglebirdkl at MF Bar by Burger & Lobster SG at @RafflesHotelSingapore from now till 2nd June. Two exclusive tipples called Smashed Patty ($28++) and Surf’N Turf ($28++) have been created specially for this two-week pop-up. 🥃 The Smashed Patty is the brainchild of Divyesh Chauhan (co-owner of JungleBird). He wanted to create a cocktail to counter and complement the richness of a burger, hence the apt name. It is concocted with Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon Whisky, Telmont Reserve Brut, white port, lemon and mint. 🍸 The Surf’N Turf will blow you away with its rich, briny flavours. Lobster shells are used to fat-wash the drink then mixed with Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka, Lillet Blanc white wine, Orange Curaçao and parsley. Packed with umami flavours, it’s befitting of the collaboration!
