I truly wished these Ebi Almond Tempura ($15++) would always be mine! 🍤 🍤 🍤 As a fan of nuts, these deep-fried prawns with almond slices really stole my heart when they were served & upon tasting them, they got me completely captivated. 🥰 . Instead of the usual fried batter to dip in tempura sauce, these are coated with a generous amount of almond flakes 💕 that lend a nice crunch & alluring nutty fragrance in every bite, complementing the sweet & soft prawn inside. A perfect side in my opinion! 💯 . Don’t want to queue at Burger & Lobster at Jewel? You can still enjoy your share of this premium crustacean here at @kyoajisg with their rendition of Grilled Lobster with Garlic Sauce ($25++). 🦞 🦞 🦞 Featuring a meaty lobster tail topped with a generous amount of luscious & creamy garlic aioli with some aromatic fried garlic bits, this was indeed indulgent! ✔ Good news for OCBC card members - enjoy this dish at 1 for 1 till 30 Nov 2019 (dine-in only, 1 redemption with every 2 diners)! ✌🏻 . Indulge all the way with their Gyuniku Fagura Sauce ($35++)! 😍 Just look at that pink of those perfectly-grilled beef - you can imagine how tender these were! 🤤 🤤 🤤 The cut of steak used was definitely top-notch so it doesn’t take much jaw work to chew on these succulent cubes. Doused with Goose Liver sauce that carries an earthy flavour with a slight metallic taste iconic of foie gras, mellowed by other seasoning that made it a less surfeiting sweet-savoury mix, this is a taste that will grow on you. 👍🏻 .
