Asian Pickling class this Sunday with Chef Damian @the_rebel_chef We decided to do this class primarily because we know that pickling is almost like a lost art in the culinary world. In this world of convenience, perhaps few would bother to go through the lengths of pickling from scratch. So join us, as we roll up our sleeves to make our 4 kinds of pickles over 2 Sundays, looking forward to the adventure! Menu includes: 1. Traditional Sour Vegetable Achar 2.
