Chef Sebastien’s signature potato salad is something that ever seems to go out of style. It is one of the most highly requested dish by tourist and locals alike. “The potato salad is a dish that I created a long time back. Our Les Amis “Reserve” Caviar is the main focus of the dish. Inspired by the classic condiments that complement caviar (i.e. Blinis, onions, sour cream, crème Fraiche), I’ve harness these very elements to elevate this seemingly simple dish. My potato salad has certainly evolved since I first introduced it back in 2011.” @chef_sebastien_lepinoy
