Start off your dinner with Dolma, zucchini flower with mussels, or an Anatolian Mezze Taster, which includes hummus, muhammara, pistachio feta basil and more. For mains, choose from a Seabass Fillet, Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank with Prune and Grilled Wagyu Kul Bastı, a dish made with with char-grilled vegetables, marinated with pomegranates.
