Happening from 24 to 28 May 2022, a Turkish gastronomic journey with make its way into your voco experience, as international masterchef Mehmet Gök, joins us at Opus Bar & Grill showcasing Turkish culture through his cuisine. Start off your dinner with Dolma, zucchini flower with mussels, or an Anatolian Mezze Taster, which includes hummus, muhammara, pistachio feta basil and more. For mains, choose from a Seabass Fillet, Slow-Cooked Lamb Shank with Prune and Grilled Wagyu Kul Bastı, a dish made with with char-grilled vegetables, marinated with pomegranates. And for desserts, indulge in a White Chocolate Yogurt Mousse or Pistachio Baklava. Available as a set, or a la carte, pick your favourites, and embark on a Turkish gourmet adventure.
