Enjoy the delicate flavours of our Lemongrass BBQ Sauce with flaky yet chewy stingrays alongside fresh squids, and clams 🥘 Baked Seafood in Lemongrass BBQ Sauce [RECIPE BELOW FOR 3-4 PAX] 🦑 Ingredients: - 300-350g Stingray - 200g Clams - 200g Squid (cut into rings) - 40g Sliced onion - 1 Lime wedge - 1 Packet WholeFish Lemongrass BBQ Sauce 🧑‍🍳 Method: 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius. 2. Marinate the Stingray in 3 tbsp of the lemongrass BBQ sauce for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 3. Cut 2 large pieces of aluminium foil enough to fold into a parcel. 4. Place the marinated stingray along with the sliced onion onto one of the foil pieces. Fold it over and scrunch the sides to form a tight and neat-looking package. 5. Place the clams and squid onto the other foil piece. Follow the above steps to form a tight and neat-looking package. 6. Bake the marinated stingray in the oven for 20 minutes. 7. After 8 minutes, bake the clams and squid in the oven for 12 minutes. 8. Remove the parcels from the oven. 9. Slowly and carefully open up the parcels and avoid the steam that will be released. 10. To check if the stingray is cooked, the flesh should pull away from the bones easily. If not, continue to bake (uncovered) for 5-6 minutes more. 10. Plate the stingray, clams and squid and garnish with a wedge of lime. 11. Serve immediately.
