Whip up a delicious one-pan meal this weekend. #DancingChefSG #dancingchefshare #laksapaste Dry Laksa Recipe: (serves 4) 500g thick laksa bee hoon 12 medium-sized prawns 1 fish cake, thinly sliced A good handful of beansprouts 2 cloves garlic, chopped Laksa leaves, finely shredded 1/2 packet Dancing Chef Laksa paste Method: 1) Blanch the thick bee hoon in boiling water for a minute to loosen and soften it. Drain and set aside. 2) Add 2 tbsp oil to a hot pan/wok, fry the prawns till about 80% cooked. Set aside. 3) Add in beansprouts and garlic, give it a quick stir fry. Set aside. 4) Add in the laksa paste, 1/3 cup coconut milk and stir fry lightly to bring out the aroma. Add in fish cake and laksa bee hoon. Stir well and add in 1 cup of water. Cover and bring to boil. 5) Add back the beansprouts and prawns. Stir together. 6) Sprinkle over the laksa leaves. Recipe & Photo: Loh Wai Fong
