  • Scheduled outage notification * We’ll be upgrading our global reservations system from 3pm SGT this afternoon (Saturday) to 12am SGT tomorrow (Sunday). SYSTEMS OFFLINE: During this period you won’t be able to use our website, smartphone app, or telephone contact centre to check-in, make a new booking, or change an existing booking. MANUAL CHECK-INS: While this upgrade is taking place we will be doing manual check-ins at all airports. If your flight is eligible for online check-in we recommend you do so now. Otherwise please get to the airport earlier than usual in case there are queues at check-in and bag drop.
