We believe that having empathy and understanding what works best for our people motivate and foster a strong sense of unity. In 2021, we launched our Future of Work plan – focusing on our customer, providing flexibility in how we work, and ensuring our offices are designed to foster collaboration. And we have stayed in this direction. We also made significant investments to our medical plan in 2022, and continue to offer skills development programmes to ensure our colleagues feel equipped to achieve their career ambitions.
