Continuing the selection of the Great LMDW Sale - Here's an Artist Range #8 Bunnahabhain, distilled from 1979! A single cask sherry butt of 35 years old bottled at 47.9% ABV. Bunnahabhain is one of the few distilleries from Islay, well-known for its peaty expressions of whisky. However, this particular bottle for the Artist's 8th edition is not one of those heavy peated ones, but instead is a heavy sherried one! Artist Range, originated from 2011 unveils a yearly new selection of single cask whiskies patiently selected by La Maison du Whisky from amongst the most prestigious barrels of the best independent bottlers. Some of these expressions have become cult references.. Immediately identifiable, each collection calls on a different artist to create the back labels with expressive visions on the whiskies. As you might know, we have currently ventured onto the 10th edition, and this Bunnahabhain from the 8th edition is one of the oldest series you can still find available from our stores!
