Inspired by the ππβπ€ππππ βππ₯π, or pork knuckle, we ate when we were last in Germany. We're known for our generous portions, so we presume one joint alone would feed two or three, what with all the bratwurst, pickled purple cabbage, and buttery mash alongside... and that glorious, fatty crackling on top. If you are small eaters, this could probably feed six! Especially if you're ordering with some pasta or risotto to go with.
