Hands up for our favourite National Dish - Hainanese Chicken Rice! 🙌 It's safe to say that this is a staple in every Singaporean's diet. 😍 @dorisgoz recreated this dish with a unique twist - using our paste as a marinate for some chicken karaage! Recipe below 😉 Ingredients: 2 Boneless Chicken Thigh meat (around 500g) Pandan leaves for wrapping Oil (New Moon Canola oil) Seasonings : 2 Tbsp New Moon Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste 1 Tbsp New Moon Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Ground White Pepper 1 Tbsp Corn Flour 1 tsp Sugar Method: 🔸 Cut the thigh chicken into small chunks 🔸 Marinate the chicken with Seasoning ingredients for min. 30 minutes. Longer the better 🔸 Wrap each piece of chicken with Pandan leaves (swipe to the last slide for wrapping tutorial) 🔸 Deep fry the chicken until cook or golden brown 🔸 If you still have extra chicken, Just add 2 Tbsp All Purpose flour for coating, then deep fry.
